USABaseballShop.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of merchandise in original condition within 90 days of delivery. Valid proof of original purchase is required.
In an effort to provide each customer with quality products, we ask that all returns be returned in the same condition (including tags and cap stickers) as it was received.
Send your return package to the address listed below. In the package be sure to include your order number and contact information in the event we need to reach you. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend using an insured parcel service such as FedEx or UPS. Please keep the tracking number they provide.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to get an item in another size or color, simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order on USABaseballShop.com. This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement item. If the price has changed, call customer service and we will match the price you originally paid.
